Individual Therapy for FND
One-on-one trauma-informed therapy for people living with FND. Each session draws on EMDR, somatic approaches, nervous system education, and evidence-based trauma processing.

EMDR Therapy for FND & Trauma
EMDR helps the brain process traumatic memories that have become stuck — addressing the roots of functional seizures, not just the symptoms.

Nervous System Education
Structured psychoeducation about the nervous system and the autonomic responses underlying FND.

Includes: Nervous system mapping, polyvagal education, regulation tool library
Can be booked standalone or integrated into individual therapy.
Whispers of Your Nervous System
A live 90-minute online psychoeducation group for anyone navigating FND, functional seizures, C-PTSD, or nervous system dysregulation.
Duration: 90 minutes
Fee: $15/session | Open enrollment — no commitment required

FND Psychoeducation Workshops
Live online workshops covering FND neuroscience, trauma-nervous system connection, seizure response planning, and regulation tools.
